Return extras
Unopened boxes and uncut trim or base, within 30 days of pickup, for store credit.
On Quotes, open a paid order you picked up in the last 30 days and tap Return extras.
Tap + for what you are bringing back, tick "Boxes are unopened; trim and base are uncut and undamaged", and tap Ask to return.
We email you once it is approved. Bring the items to the Waipio warehouse; after we check them, store credit goes on your account and comes off your next order.
Good to know
- Store credit only, no restocking fee.
- Once the commission on an order is paid, that order can no longer be returned.
