What we collect

When you register: company, your name, email, mobile number, Hawaii GE and contractor license numbers, business address, and any documents you upload (for example a G-17 resale certificate).
When you use the portal: your quotes, orders, payments, pickups and deliveries; the jobs, homeowner names and addresses you enter; your estimate settings and logo; return and commission requests.
Technical data needed to keep you logged in and the portal secure, and which pages you open.

How we use it

To run your account and your orders: log you in, price and process orders, take payments, prepare pickups and deliveries, handle returns and commission payouts, answer your questions, and keep our accounting records.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you agreed to it (the checkbox on the registration form or on the portal home screen). We send login codes and order updates such as quotes, payment confirmations and pickup or delivery details. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (Twilio) and are never used by anyone else.

Who else handles your data

Service providers that work for us under contract and only for these purposes: Zoho (accounting, customer records, payments), Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages). We share information with authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open and as long as tax and accounting law requires for orders and payments.
